The Windows 10 Mail app is a good email provider that enables you to add some extra email accounts to your Microsoft account. However, you will note that there is a standard signature for any emails you compose in the Mail app. Microsoft believes you would like to inform everyone you are accessing their Mail app by inserting a signature ‘Sent from Mail for Windows 10’ to all of your emails including non-Microsoft accounts. Change the signature of Mail in Windows 10
To change the signature of Mail in Windows 10, follow this procedure step by step:
Click the Search button. Type Mail in the search box and select the option as the following image is showing:
As soon as you will select the Mail option, the following screen will appear:
Now at the bottom left side of the screen, click the Settings button as highlighted in the above image. As soon as you will click the Settings button, the following menu will appear at the right side of the screen:
Select the Signature option from the menu as the above image is indicating. After this following dialogue box will appear on the screen:
The highlighted signature in the above image is by default. Change this signature by your choice like this:
Change the signature and click the Save button as highlighted in the above image. Now click the New mail option as follows:
As soon as you will click the New mail option, the following screen will appear:
As you can see in the above image that added signature has appeared in the mail.
