Right-click on Google Chrome at the taskbar and again right-click and select Properties option as the following image is showing:
As you will click the Properties option, the following dialogue box will open:
Now select the Shortcut tab and paste the following path to Target textbox:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --force-dark-mode
If your chrome is on a different location then the path will be different. After pasting the path click the Apply and OK button. Restart the Chrome and it will be in dark mode.
