Usage of Ribbon
Open the File Explorer. There is an arrow icon on the right corner of the screen as the following image is showing.
Click the arrow icon and you will see that ribbon will appear on your screen with options under tabs as the following image is showing.
Here you can use and manage the Home, Share and View tabs as highlighted in the above image.
Pin Commands which are used frequently
The Quick Access Toolbar can be found on the left corner of File Explorer as the following image is showing.
Click on it and you will see all commands which are frequently used like the following image is showing.
To add a command in Quick Access Toolbar, expand this ribbon. Right click on any command and choose the Add to Quick Access Toolbar option as the following image is showing.
Change the Settings of File Explorer
To change the settings of File Explorer, click the View tab. A ribbon will appear, click the Options menu as the following image is showing.
As you click the Options menu, the following dialogue box will appear.
You can change the settings of File explorer by this dialogue box.
Access Network Drives
To access the network drives from File Explorer, click This PC from the sidebar. Two different tabs will appear on top. Click the Computer tab as the following image is showing.
As you click the Computer tab, a ribbon will popup. Click the Map network drive option as the following image is showing. Then the mapped drive can be accessed through File Explorer.
