The Windows 10 Settings application now allows you to deactivate programs that run automatically when you sign in to your device or Windows. The same feature was previously hidden in the Task Manager for Windows 10 and was hidden in previous versions under MS config. Now you can manage the startup programs in Windows 10. To manage startup programs in the Settings App of Windows 10, follow this procedure step by step.
Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Settings in the search box and then click the Settings option as the following image is showing.
As soon as you click the Settings option, the Windows Settings screen will appear as the following image is showing.
Click the Apps option from the Windows Settings screen as highlighted in the above image. It will show you the following screen.
As you can see that the screen is split into two parts. Choose the Startup option from the left side of the screen as highlighted in the above image. When you will click the Startup option from the left side, the right side will show you the options as the following image is showing.
Now on the right side of the screen, you will see the list of programs or applications. There are on and off toggle buttons as well against each application. Here you can manage the startup programs. If you turn on the toggle button, it means that the program will start when you log in with your Window. If the toggle button is off against any program or application that means this program will not start with the Windows login.
