There are two ways to see the applications that use your network. One is of Task Manager and the second is by Settings.
Task Manager Method
To see the applications that use your network by the method of Task Manager, follow these steps:
Click the Search button. Type Task Manager in the search bar and select the option of Task Manager as the following image is showing:
As you will select the Task Manager, it will appear like this:
Under the Processes tab, the network option is showing the network usage against each process or application. For more network usage detail, select the Performance tab and click Open Resource Monitor as the following image is showing:
As soon as you will click the Open Resource Monitor, Resource Monitor screen will appear like this:
Select the Network tab to see the list of applications that are using your network.
Settings Method
To see the applications that use your network through settings methods, follow these steps:
Click the Search button. Type Settings in the search bar and select the Settings option as the following image is showing:
As Windows Settings screen will appear in front of you, select the Network & Internet option as the following image is showing:
As soon as you will click the Network & Internet option the following screen will appear:
As you can see that the screen is divided into two parts, select the Data usage option from the left side of the screen as highlighted in the above image. After selecting the Data usage option, click the label named View usage per app as the following image is showing:
