To automatically lock your Windows 10 PC when you log in, follow this procedure step by step.
Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Run in the search box and then click the Run option, as shown in the following image.
Once you click on the Run option, the following dialog box will appear.
Now type shell:startup in the Open text box and then click on the OK button as highlighted in the image above. While clicking the OK button, the following folder will be opened.
Right-click inside the folder and select the New -> Shortcut option as highlighted in the image above. The following dialog box will open.
Copy and paste the following command into the Location text box.
rundll32.exe user32.dll, LockWorkStation
Then click on the Next button as highlighted in the image above. The next screen will look like this.
Enter the name of the shortcut and then click the Complete button as highlighted in the image above. Now when you click the following shortcut, your computer will be locked.
